What does the Technical Analyst Role Entail?
The Technical Analyst will support the USAID Urja Nepal project to achieve the following objectives in Nepal:
- Improve Nepal’s energy sector performance
- Enhance private sector participation
- Accelerate innovation in clean energy solutions
- Enhance capacity for integrated power sector planning

- Strengthen the energy sector planning frameworks and tools
- Engage various stakeholders to align energy strategies to program goals

Collaborate on Energy Planning:
Develop models and tools for energy demand assessment, generation expansion, and transition planning.
Pilot innovative clean energy technologies.
Engage Stakeholders:
Communicate with government, private sector, academia, and civil society to gather insight and support.
Organize Workshops:
Organize and lead capacity-building workshops on energy efficiency, electric mobility, and other advanced technologies.
Manage Data and Reports:
Collect, clean, and analyze energy-related data.

Support Grant Programs:
