📌 Position 1: Team Leader – 1 Position
Duty Station: District HQ (frequent field travel)
Level: Mid to Senior-Level Management
Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Reports to: Executive Director
🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Provide overall leadership in planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of WRM (Water Resource Management) activities.

Ensure alignment with donor requirements, government policies, and national standards.

Build and maintain coordination with WUSCs, local/provincial governments, and community groups.
-
Manage and support field teams, ensuring project milestones are met.

Oversee financial and narrative reporting with the finance/admin team.

Mainstream GESI, environmental protection, and child safeguarding principles in all activities.

Represent ASTHA Nepal in district-level meetings, reviews, and evaluations.
🎓 Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Rural Development, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in leadership roles within WASH, IWRM, or development sectors.

Strong project coordination, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.

📌 Position 2: Training and Learning Coordinator – 1 Position
Duty Station: District HQ (with travel to municipalities and rural areas)
Level: Technical / Officer Level
Duration: 1 year with possible extension
Reports to: Team Leader
🌟 Key Responsibilities:

Identify skill gaps and training needs of WUSCs, local governments, and community members.

Design and deliver training programs on WASH, WRM, governance, and community mobilization.

Prepare training manuals, handbooks, and capacity-building resources.

Collaborate with technical experts to align training content with project goals.
